Locked Door Policy

We have implemented a “Locked Door Policy” in the clinic.  When you arrive for your scheduled appointment please contact us from the parking lot by calling 416-223-8080 or texting to 416-997-2244.

Currently, clients are not permitted in the clinic.

Until further notice, we are no longer accepting cash as a form of payment.

Normal business hours; Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.

 

Appointments

If you are experiencing symptoms or have a history of travel, please inform our staff. If your pet is having a medical emergency, or requires urgent care, please call ahead and inform the staff that you are at risk for COVID-19; we will determine the best method to ensure that your pet can receive the care they need while minimizing the risk to our staff and other clients.

Appointments will only be booked after you have spoken to a staff member and gone through our COVID-19 screening process.

For scheduled appointments, please text us at 416-997-2244 or call at 416-223-8080 when you arrive; we ask that you wait in your car.

For clients who are following stricter self-isolation protocols, either due to travel or exposure risks, or concerns about their own health, we will now be offering consultations via telephone and video call; the cost is the same as our regular exam fee. Please be advised that there are limitations in what can be done via this type of consultation.

As always, we rigorously follow infection prevention and control in our clinic. We have increased both the frequency and scope of hospital cleaning and disinfecting to help ensure both clients and staff are kept safe.

Food and Medication Pickups

We encourage our clients to use the clinic webstore and have their pet’s food shipped to their home. You can visit MyVetStore at www2.myvetstore.ca
We will be offering curbside pickup for medication and prescription diets. When you arrive, please call the clinic at 416-223-8080 or text to 416-997-2244. Payment for these items will be taken over the phone, and the items will be brought out to your car.
Our distributor has lots of product available, but they are experiencing a reduction of staff.  They are working as fast as possible, but expect your order to be available 5-7 days after ordering.  This applies to food items only.  Expect your order for medications and medical supplies to be available 3-4 days after ordering.
