Update March 23, 2023 Clients back into the clinic!
A mask is no longer required for clients who wish to enter the building for their pet’s appointment.
Please do not enter the building if you have tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days or if you have any COVID symptoms. Contact us for further information on conducting your pet’s appointment.
Only 1 family member can be present in the clinic for the appointment.
Our door will remain locked – please text 416-997-2244 or call 416-223-8080 the clinic when you arrive for your appointment.
Hand sanitizer is located at our front door. Please use the hand sanitizer when entering and exiting the building.
For clients who do not wish to enter the clinic, we will continue to offer the option of curbside service; your pet will be seen while you remain outside the clinic.
Appointments with our Veterinary Technicians will continue at curbside only.
We have implemented increased frequency of cleaning of common surfaces and enhanced disinfecting between appointments.
Please respect social distancing while in the clinic and follow the posted signs.
Food and Medication Pickups
We encourage our clients to use the clinic webstore and have their pet’s food shipped to their home. You can visit MyVetStore at www2.myvetstore.ca
Pickup for medication and prescription diets will continue to be curbside. When you arrive, please call the clinic at 416-223-8080 or text to 416-997-2244. Payment for these items will be taken over the phone and the items will be brought to our front door for you.
