Veterinary Assistant/Customer Care Representative – full time availability will be given preference
The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills along with a positive, cheerful and friendly demeanor. Experience with AVIMARK is an asset. Our Veterinary Assistant/Client Care Reps are an integral part of our team. We offer competitive wages and benefits.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, financial transactions, insurance processing, animal handling and restraint, cleaning, feeding, and laundry.
